The origin of the company Technics, Panasonic Corporation goes back to 1918 when Konosuke Matsushita laid the foundations for the organitation. The company headquarters is in Kadoma (Osaka) (JAP).

Under the Technics brand, the company produces a variety of high fidelity, like turntables, amplifiers, receivers, tape players, CD players and speakers sold in several countries. It was originally conceived as a line of audio quality to compete against companies like Nakamichi, but most of their appliances were renamed Panasonic since 2002 (except in Japan, where the brand is still popular). DJ equipment, electronic pianos and hi-fi systems are some Technics products, which resold in the US and Europe after its re launch in September 2014.
