DISTORTION PEDAL Faithful recreation of the original DOD 250 from the early 70s, the date of birth of overdrive. Simple controls, it has Level and Gain. The Level control has been modified from the original wiring giving it much more volume. The Gain control adjusts the amount of gain within the overdrive circuit. Turning up the Gain creates more clipping as you push the amp and clip. A switch has been added that was not included with the original DOD 250. It operates at standard negative 9V DC and consumes less than 5mA.
