Purchase Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Contracting - hereinafter referred to as GTC - govern the purchasing conditions of the different products offered on our website: Z-Bombilla Spain S.L

It is a prerequisite to read and accept the GTC prior to purchasing any product through Z-Bombilla Spain S.L.

According to current legislation, it is possible to return products for any reason within a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods by the customer. To do so, the conditions set forth in this document must be fulfilled. This can be done by completing the withdrawal form, accessing it with your username and password.

Z-Bombilla Spain S.L reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time and without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

The prices and sales conditions are for informational purposes only and may be modified based on market fluctuations. However, placing an order by completing the purchase form implies agreement with the offered price and the prevailing general sales conditions at that particular moment. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be considered legally binding, with all the legal guarantees that protect the consumer buyer, and from that moment on, the prices and conditions will have contractual status and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both parties. The contract will be formalized in the Spanish language. The electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived, and the user will have access to it in their customer area.

Shipping

  • The delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours. While we strive to ensure that the transport companies meet these delivery times whenever possible, we cannot guarantee them. In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 24 hours is not possible under any circumstances.
  • The delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated for each and every one of the products offered. In orders that include multiple items, a single shipment will be made, and the delivery time will correspond to the item with the longest delivery time.
  • The customer has 24 hours to check the integrity of all components of the order and to verify that everything that should be included in the products is present. After these 24 hours, the shipment will be deemed accepted, and no claims for damages or faults in the shipment will be accepted.
  • An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. The customer must inspect the products within the next 24 hours of receiving them and report any objections that may exist.
  • In case of receiving a product damaged during transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident with the transport company. Likewise, it is advisable to inform the transport company:

Returns

You have a period of 15 days to return a product from the day it is received at your address. To do so, log in to Z-Bombilla Spain S.L with your user data, go to the customer area, select the "Order History and Details" section, expand the corresponding order, and select the product(s) you wish to return by clicking on "Make RMA return."

Once we receive the product(s), we will refund the money according to the payment method used:

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your account within 48 to 72 hours.
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
  • If you made the payment by bank transfer, we will ask for your bank account number to proceed with the refund. Please note that it may take up to 48 business hours for the refund to appear in your bank account.
  • For other payment methods, we will also request a bank account number for the refund.

You will only be responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning.

Return Conditions for Individual Customers

  • Returns of the following products will not be accepted, as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws:
  • Provision of services once the service has been fully provided, when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgment that, once the contract has been fully executed by the business, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
  • Supply of goods or provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the business cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
  • Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, such as customized computers.
  • Supply of perishable or quickly expired goods.
  • Supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., headphones and similar items).
  • Supply of goods that, after delivery and considering their nature, have been mixed inseparably with other goods.
  • Supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
  • Supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium, when the execution has begun with the prior express consent of the consumer and user, and with their acknowledgment that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
  • All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and conditions, in perfect condition and protected, avoiding stickers, seals, or adhesive tape directly on the surface or packaging of the item. Otherwise, Z-Bombilla Spain S.L reserves the right to refuse the return.
  • Once the return form has been completed and submitted, you will receive instructions on how to send it to our facilities by email. You must send the goods without delay, within a maximum period of 30 days from the day you notify us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
  • The transportation costs incurred in the return will be at your expense. You are free to choose and find the agency that best suits your needs.
  • Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. We will refund the amount received, including the delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the least expensive ordinary delivery method we offer. The refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date you exercise your right of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
  • Returns of products with gifts or promotions: It will be mandatory to return the complete set (complete pack or item + gift) to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include download codes, it will be a requirement that they have not been redeemed to receive a full refund. If they have been downloaded, the amount of the software will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Return Conditions for Distributors

  • Returns of unopened and in perfect condition items will be accepted within 15 calendar days after receipt.
  • The promotions available on the website that extend the 15-day return period will not apply to distributors, who always have a return period of 15 days.
  • Such returns will be processed as commercial returns, as there is no law governing return rights between companies, and these procedures are regulated according to the conditions of Z-Bombilla Spain S.L.
  • Returns of blister or sealed products and other products with broken factory seals, such as DJ controllers, sound cards, and products with opened cables, will not be accepted.
  • These conditions do not affect the warranty rights or product exchange for defective items. Z-Bombilla Spain S.L reserves the right to reject returns if any irregularity is detected in the returned product.

Warranties

The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling that differs from what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functioning. In these cases, the consumer will be responsible for the repair costs. Therefore, the warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, and non-compliance with the instructions provided by Z-Bombilla Spain S.L.
  • Products modified or repaired by the customer or any unauthorized person, as well as products that are subject to specific support contracts.
  • Incorrect software/hardware configuration by the customer of equipment, components, or peripherals. Incorrect software/hardware configuration or equipment malfunction caused by a component not supplied by Z-Bombilla Spain S.L and incorporated by the customer.

For these purposes, Z-Bombilla Spain S.L informs that the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes several options to exercise the right of withdrawal, including the possibility of doing so by filling out a form electronically. To expedite the process and facilitate a convenient and prompt return, we recommend using this option and completing the withdrawal form provided when placing your order, accessing it with your username and password.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations of orders that involve a refund to the customer by bank transfer may take a maximum of 30 days for administrative procedures, although we strive to process them within 7 days.
