DX168 is a rugged portable expander that allows you to add remote I/O to dLive Class S and Class C systems. It features 16 microphone preamplifiers with independent phantom power indicators and 8 line outputs via XLR connections. It is possible to connect up to 6 DX168 units to a single dLive system - 4 through the MixRack and 2 through the control surface - allowing up to 96 remote inputs and 48 remote outputs, in addition to those supplied by the MixRack and the surface. of control. DX168 connects via a single Cat5e cable to the dLive surface or MixRack, or for streaming to another DX168 unit via a secure EtherCon port. There is also a second latching EtherCon port that allows for a redundant connection with compatible hardware, as well as a serial connection for streaming to another DX168 for additional remote I/O. The robust design of this expansion unit, equipped with hard rubber protections, allows it to be placed directly on the stage floor during performances.
