Designed as a versatile live mixer with unique features, WZ4 14:4:2 can be used both FOH and monitors, or performing both tasks at the same time. These general-purpose analog mixers offer a compact format that also allows rack mounting. The mixer can work in three modes: FoH / Monitor / Dual Mode. In FoH mode, the four groups with inserts, 100mm faders and XLR outputs can be routed and panned to the LR mix for a flexible sub mix. The main LR mix features insert, independent left and right faders, and XLR outputs to send the signal to the main sound system. EQ and signal processing can be easily inserted into the group outputs and main outputs. In Monitor Mode, aux mixes are routed to the group and LR faders, inserts, and XLR outputs. The AFL and PFL system is switched to the mono output to provide an output for the engineer's wedge. In essence, it is the perfect 6-mix monitor console, with additional outputs available from the group buses, through the auxiliary master controls. In Dual mode, some auxes can be used as monitor mixes, and some sub groups can be used alongside the main LR outputs, allowing the engineer to manage FoH sound and some monitor mixes from the same console.
