The REVAMP2250 is a professional two-channel digital amplifier that offers output power of 2 x 250 W over 4 ohms. It can also be used in bridge mode to get 1 x 500 watts @ 8 ohms. The unit incorporates the Hypex high reliability amplification, European design, and power supply and outputs with the efficient Class D topology. The highly intuitive front display shows all the activity of the unit. Thanks to its exclusive APC limitation system (patent pending), which makes intelligent use of the compressor / limiter, an amplifier has been achieved that offers a sound with enormous dynamics and unprecedented musicality. The digital signal processor that incorporates works with a simple press of a button located on the back of the unit, allowing to select one of the 6 preprogrammed operating modes. An example of these presets is the combination of subwoofer in CH1 and load by transformer in CH2. In this example, a high pass filter is available to increase stability when using 100 V speakers as top speakers, combined with a low impedance subwoofer. With the rest of the presets, the user can configure the channels in bridge mode, can apply filters pass to a channel, etc. The versatile outputs allow to choose between Euroblock or Speakon connectors.
