The Ribbon series are IP20 LED strips, suitable for dry indoor applications and the best series to be used in an aluminum profile (with a cover for protection against dust and moisture). As it is not coated, the Ribbon series has the best heat dissipation and longest life span. 5050 LEDs are high power LEDs with a high luminous flux. Please note that mounting in aluminum profiles is highly recommended for proper high power ratings necessary for heat dissipation.
