The DAP WCSS-230 G2 is a set of two 2-way white 6.5-inch ceiling speakers. One speaker is powered by two 30-watt Class D drivers, and the other is passive, capable of playing music streams from the Internet over Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The Class D amplifier allows both speakers to be operated in mono or stereo and can be connected wirelessly via Wi-Fi to Android and IOS devices. No hub required and allows for multi-room setup with multiple sets of speakers. It can also connect to a wired network via a standard RJ45 cable and play Internet streams.

You can use the Smart Sonix app (available for IOS and Android) to set up and stream your favorite songs or stations from any music platform like Spotify, Deezer or Tuneln. It is also possible to prepare the configuration for a multi-room installation. For example, different types of music can be transmitted on each set of speakers or have different volume levels.

It has a special mechanism to install it without using any tools. Thanks to their ultra-slim grill design, these speakers are nearly invisible when mounted. The grille is held in place by powerful neodymium magnets and can be easily removed to access the Wi-Fi (WPS) connect button. In addition to sound transmission, it also has a line input for connecting wired sound sources. It has a volume limiter that limits the output to 50% power (2 x 15 watts). It includes a 24 volt power supply.
