TM440XXL Modular Platform (Maximum load: 1600 kg / m2) for legs of 50 x 50 mm.

Modular high-resistance decking, certified for loads up to 1600 kg / m2 (2x1m: 3200 kg Evenly distributed), made of extruded aluminum and phenolic panel 100% weatherproof 21mm WISA® birch, with a non-slip and sealed edges. 2 connectors included: 1 TMU-01 and 1 TMU-02.

* Ability to paint the frame and legs in different colors.
The TM440XXL Platforms offer the best solution for any type of event, from small floorboards to large stages, being able to be used in multiple configurations for both permanent (interior) and temporary installations (concerts, theaters, auditoriums, podiums, catwalks, conservatories, stands, decoration , etc.).
 

Thanks to its 100% birch phenolic board, weather resistant and its reinforced aluminum structure, the TM440XXL decks are perfect for outdoor use. The combination of all these characteristics makes the TM440XXL Platform a very practical element for all those events that require a high load resistance with quick and easy assembly.


SECURITY GUARANTEED

Our TM440XXL pallets are certified for 1600 kg / m2 by the German certification company DEKRA (certificate No. C18.026G) under the following Standards:

Our platforms do not need reinforcing bars, since their components guarantee maximum security (reinforced profile, 100% birch wood and fixing elements); exceeding the load required in the regulations during the test tests.



FRAMEWORK

The TM440XXL deck is built with a strong, high load capacity aluminum frame (Alloy EN AW 6063 80 –T6) with a special 94 mm profile with 4 reinforcing ribs.

Its multifunctional continuous guide design guarantees a quick and easy connection of pallets to each other and allows a simple and quick adaptation of a wide variety of accessories (handrails, access ladders, skirts, coverings, seats, etc.).

The panel is fixed to the frame structure by means of three fastening systems: high fixing foam, 20 stainless steel screws, and silicone, thus avoiding possible noise and vibrations and, in turn, providing the platform with great resistance against inclement weather. weather.

TRIPLE SUPPORT SYSTEM from panel to profile by:

* High fixing foam
* 20 stainless steel screws
* Silicone

The eight brackets, made of high-strength extruded aluminum, are fixed to the frame (each one) using 4 M8 screws with self-braking nuts.

The brackets are provided with a reinforcement protector with double utility:
- When placed directly on the ground (without legs) it avoids friction and noise.
- When stacking multiple pallets, avoid scratching the pallet where it rests.

The legs are quickly and easily housed in the brackets using the ergonomically designed metal knob; guaranteeing maximum fixation and resistance.

The TM440XXL floorboards are equipped with a 21 mm thick 100% Birch wood panel from the Finnish manufacturer WISA ®.
The panel, provided with a non-slip finish by means of a special hot printing, is made up of 15 glued layers with phenolic resin resistant to weathering and water (WBP).

Note: WISA ® boards are screen printed with your brand to distinguish them from imitations.

The board is subjected to water-repellent and fire-retardant treatments, as well as treatments against commonly used chemicals. These features guarantee the highest strength and durability for both outdoor and indoor applications.

To make this panel safer and more durable, all its edges have been sealed with acrylic paint, avoiding the penetration of humidity.

The board used, made ONLY from 100% birch wood, is specially designed for those applications where anti-slip properties are required along with high wear resistance. The multi-layer construction ensures the board is very compact and strong.

The panel used complies with the following Regulations and Standards:

- EN 13986: 2004 + A1: 2015
- EN 314-2 / class 3
- DIN 53799
- DIN 5113

Our platforms are designed for indoor and outdoor use. Important: The panel of our platforms is waterproof, NOT WATERPROOF. In case of rain, humidity or other inclement weather, they must be disassembled and stored. They can endure short periods exposed to rain and humidity. They have not been designed to be used as a permanent outdoor installation where they can be exposed to extreme conditions all year round.

GUIL manufactures six versions of legs with high resistance aluminum, all with rounded edges:

PTA5-T : Adjustable telescopic legs millimeter by millimeter.
PTA5-D : Telescopic adjustable feet millimeter by millimeter with leveling spindle

Ref. PTA5-T TELESCOPIC LEGS

Legs made of high resistance aluminum with an external profile of 50 x 50 mm and terminals made of non-slip rubber and fixed to the profile with double screws.

Its telescopic system allows to obtain multiple heights with a single set of legs (regulation millimeter by millimeter), saving possible unevenness (stairs, ramps, etc.).

The legs are provided with an external profile with 4 internal 4mm ribs and an internal profile with 9 internal ribs.

The height of the legs is fixed by means of a double safety lock; the desired height is adjusted and fixed with the metal pressure knob and, as an additional safety measure, the legs are locked by means of an M10 nut, thus ensuring total fixing of the height of the legs.

* Available four-wheel sets for use with telescopic legs (Ref. CQR / 5).


Ref. PTA5-D TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH ADJUSTABLE SPINDLE

Legs made of high resistance aluminum with an external profile of 50 x 50 mm and a stainless steel M12 spindle with a double stainless locking nut.

The leg is provided with a non-slip industrial rubber injected disc (not plastic), which guarantees a perfect fit to all types of surfaces and avoids marking / damaging the surface (floor, wood, etc.).

Its telescopic system allows to obtain multiple heights with a single set of legs (regulation millimeter by millimeter), saving possible unevenness (stairs, ramps, etc.).

The legs are provided with an external profile with 4 internal 4mm ribs and an internal profile with 9 internal ribs.

The height of the legs is fixed by means of a double safety lock; the desired height is adjusted and fixed with the metal pressure knob and, as an additional safety measure, the legs are locked by means of a nut, thus ensuring total fixing of the height of the legs.
The final adjustment is made with the M12 stainless steel spindle, which is threaded to the leg by means of a stainless steel sleeve (not directly to the leg profile)

Ref. PTA5-P TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH PIN AND ADJUSTABLE SPINDLE

Legs made of high resistance aluminum with an external profile of 50 x 50 mm and a stainless steel M12 spindle with a double stainless locking nut.

The leg is provided with a non-slip industrial rubber injected disc (not plastic), which guarantees a perfect fit to all types of surfaces and avoids marking / damaging the surface (floor, wood, etc.).

Its telescopic system allows to obtain multiple heights with a single set of legs (regulation millimeter by millimeter), saving possible unevenness (stairs, ramps, etc.).

The legs are provided with an external profile with 4 internal 4mm ribs and an internal profile with 9 internal ribs.

The height of the legs is fixed by means of a steel pin and a metallic pressure knob (ergonomic), ensuring total fixation of the height of the legs.
The final adjustment is made with the M12 stainless steel spindle, which is threaded to the leg by means of a stainless steel sleeve (not directly to the leg profile)



Ref. PTA5-R: TELESCOPIC LEGS WITH REGULATION ANGLE

Legs made of high resistance aluminum with an external profile of 50 x 50 mm and terminals made of non-slip rubber and fixed to the profile with double screws.

Its special design allows the leg to be tilted, being able to be used for uneven mounts and ramps.

Its telescopic system allows to obtain multiple heights with a single set of legs (regulation millimeter by millimeter), saving possible unevenness (stairs, ramps, etc.).

The legs are provided with an external profile with 4 internal 4mm ribs and an internal profile with 9 internal ribs.

The height of the legs is fixed by means of a double safety lock; the desired height is adjusted and fixed with the metal pressure knob and, as an additional safety measure, the legs are locked by means of an M10 nut, thus ensuring total fixing of the height of the legs.

Ref. PTA5- F- FIXED LEGS

Legs made of high resistance aluminum with reinforced 50 x 50 mm profile with 4 internal 4mm ribs.

The legs are provided with an oversized rubber injected terminal that prevents any slippage, guaranteeing a perfect fit to all types of surfaces.




Ref. PTA5-N FIXED LEGS WITH ADJUSTABLE SPINDLE

Legs made of high resistance aluminum with 50 x 50 mm profile with 4 internal 4mm ribs.

The legs are equipped with an M12 spindle with a double stainless locking nut, which allows us to regulate its height up to 50 mm, guaranteeing durability and a perfect fit on floors with small unevennesses.

The leg is provided with a non-slip industrial rubber injected disc (not plastic), which guarantees a perfect fit to all types of surfaces and avoids marking / damaging the surface (floor, wood, etc.).

JOINING SYSTEMS

Each TM440XXL Deck is supplied with two joining systems; connectors that guarantee maximum security in your assemblies:

TMU-01 Quick anchoring system for the TM440, TM440XL, TM440XXL, TM300, TM440S and TM441 platforms by joining their profiles (guide). This system, injected into metal with a galvanized finish, is designed to avoid the separation of pallets placed at the same height.

The anchoring and leveling union ref. TMU-01 is a very useful component, as it guarantees that there are no gaps / joints, or unevenness between the modules. Note: 1 unit is included for each Platform.

TMU-02 Allows the pallets to be joined internally, frame by frame; reinforcing the entire modular composition of the stage. (Made of stainless steel)

Note: For every 4 telescopic legs of height 70-120 or higher, 1 leg-leg connection system is included free of charge (Ref. TMU-04, stainless)

TMU-04 Allows the pallets to be joined by two of their legs (double flange). (Made of stainless steel)

* Also available quadruple flange for four legs (Ref. TMU-08 )
