The Byzance Extra Dry series dishes are handcrafted in our factory in Turkey by the hands of specialists and respecting tradition throughout the process. All dishes are made from B20 bronze alloy biscuits. Various techniques are involved in the process, both hammering and turning. The superior finish without turning and with hammering of greater diameter attached to the bottom of the fully turned plate makes the series something unique. With an explosive sound, a little trashy and with little sustain. These dishes have created a completely new sound universe.
