The UDA 16 column, belonging to the UDA series of WORK PRO, is a new modular column concept. Thanks to its specific filter system and its 16 transducers, this union allows to maintain a narrow and constant dispersion in most of its wide frequency response. Its control of vertical dispersion makes it possible to reduce possible architectural acoustic problems, allowing complex rooms to be voiced with possible sound problems.

The UDA devices focus most of the energy in the main lobe towards the audience area, preventing uncontrolled beams that generate unwanted reflections that create an increase in reverberation, making intelligibility difficult. In addition, its special design allows to obtain a very directional vertical coverage and manages to emit a cylindrical sound wave. Traditional sources have a 6 dB drop when doubling the listening distance, while, with directivity control, this loss can be reduced to 3 dB because UDA devices do not scatter sound on the vertical axis .
